Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email at chateaubelage@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back. Please note that packages sent to us without a valid RA number will be refused.

Upon receiving your approved return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item. This store credit can be used toward a future purchase.

All international sales are final.

 

Magnolia Pearl Items

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of Magnolia Pearl products, all sales are final for these items.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Magnolia Pearl clothing. Once an item leaves our boutique, we can no longer guarantee its authenticity or original condition. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensures that every customer receives a genuine, unworn item.
