Is it possible to to shop in person?
In-person shopping is available by appointment only. Think of it as if you're going to a friend's house. Text or email us in advance to let us know you'd like to swing by, so that we can make sure a "Glambassador" is available to assist you.

How do I waitlist an item?
Waitlisting an item is done in our app. If you fall in love with an item and it has already sold out or if Valerie says it will be restocked, click on the item and then click on "Add to Waitlist", and the item will be added to your waitlist section on the app. You will receive an email notification when/if the item is restocked or "bounces out of someone's cart". This is your opportunity to try to purchase the item before it sells out again.
How do I pre-authorize an item?
Once the item has been waitlisted, the app will automatically give you the option to pre-authorize that same item. If you decide to pre-authorize the item, you are giving the app permission to automatically charge your credit card when/if the item comes back into stock or "bounces out of someone's cart". Only then will this be considered a purchase and then your item will be shipped out to you.
If I waitlisted or pre-auth'd an item, did I purchase the item?
If you have waitlisted an item, you have *not* purchased that item. You are merely on a list to be notified when/ if the item is back in stock.
If you pre-authorize an item, you have *not yet* purchased that item, unless or until that item comes back in stock. You have given our app permission to automatically charge your credit card for the pre-auth'd item(s). Some items (especially one & done items) never come back and your credit card will never be charged and you won't get that item. If you receive an email notification that your card has been charged, you have gotten the pre-auth'd item(s) and it will promptly be shipped out to you.
How do I manage my waitlisted and pre-authorized items?
To manage your waitlist and pre-authorized items, you must be in the app. Click on the heart icon (Waitlist). From here you may click the trash can icon to delete waitlisted or pre-auth'd items. Additionally, if you decide pre-auth items that you previously only waitlisted, you can do that here.
What's the difference between buying things on the website & the app?
Our website is like shopping our physical store or our warehouse. Some items are unique and some are items that we carry on a regular basis and have plenty in stock for you.
Our app Belage Boutique is home for all of the items from our live shows and the only place to waitlist, pre-authorize, or favorite the items you love.
Do shopping carts on the app have time limits?
Yes, currently, our shopping carts have a 1 hour time limit.
How does an item bounce out of a cart?
An item will bounce out of a cart if the shopper exceeds the shopping cart time or decides they no longer want an item. This is when the waitlist and pre-auth options come in handy! It may be your lucky day and bounce right into your cart!
Where's my package?
For every transaction that is shipped out, there is a tracking number. Tracking numbers can be found, after your order has been processed, in an email notification. Click this number or copy and paste it into your browser search bar to check the status of your delivery.
What if I'm not receiving any email notifications?
Contact us right away if you're not receiving email notifications from us.

Shipping/Rates
Chateau Bel Age ships it's products using third party carriers. As such, Chateau Bel Age cannot and does not make any guarantees regarding delivery dates or times. Any deliver dates and/or times provided by Chateau Bel Age are estimates. Furthermore, Chateau Bel Age is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged while in the custody of third party carriers.
US Rate - Per weight of package with $7.50 minimum per order
International Flat Rate - Per weight of package starting at $20 minimum per order
Return/Exchange Policy

However, Chateau Bel Age reserves the right, in it's sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, to address concerns about orders. If you have any questions or concerns about products that you purchased from Chateau Bel Age, all inquiries must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Inquiries must be made by email only at chateaubelage@gmail.com. If a Return is approved, a Return Authorization Number will be generated and provided. Returns approved by Chateau Bel Age must be sent back with the Return Authorization Number clearly present on the outside of box. Only items approved for return will be accepted in said box. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be in original, unworn condition and with original tag.
Upon 5 days of receipt of the approved item/s, your account will be issued a shopping credit for Chateau Bel Age.
*Both the clients and ourselves have the right to terminate any Service Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of an Unused Product, will be exchanged in the form of Chateau Bel Age Boutique store credit only, within 5 days of order receipt.
