Thank you for shopping with Chateau Bel Age. Here's how our shipping works.
Processing
Orders are packed and shipped from our San Diego boutique. Our shop responds and ships Wednesday through Saturday, so orders placed on days we're closed are processed on our next shipping day. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order has been processed.
Rates
- United States — calculated by package weight at checkout, with a $7.50 minimum per order.
- International — we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated by package weight at checkout.
International orders
Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charged at checkout. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and by local customs processing. Please note that all international orders are final sale — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Carriers and delivery
Chateau Bel Age ships using third-party carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times — any dates provided are estimates only — and we are not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged while in the custody of the carrier. If your tracking shows a problem, please contact us at chateaubelage@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.
