Products, pricing, and availability

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors, details, and availability may vary — especially for one-of-a-kind, hand-made, vintage, and upcycled pieces. We may correct errors, change prices, or update product information at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in the custody of carriers. Full shipping details are on our Shipping page.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. On a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, we may address concerns about an order if you contact us in writing at chateaubelage@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. Approved returns require a Return Authorization Number and must be unworn, in original condition with tags, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Approved adjustments are issued as store credit. Authenticity and imposter sites

Our authentic products are sold only through www.chateaubelage.com and our official app. Other websites may copy our images, videos, or product names and sell counterfeit or imitation goods. We are not responsible for purchases made through any site or seller other than our official channels.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including our name, logo, photographs, videos, product descriptions, and other original designs — belongs to Chateau Bel Age or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Live shopping and community

Participation in our live shows, VIP groups, and social channels is subject to these Terms and the rules of the platforms we use. Please treat our team and community with respect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chateau Bel Age is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
